An American research team in Antarctica uncovers a shape-shifting organism buried in the ice, one capable of perfectly imitating anyone or anything it consumes. John Carpenter's version leans on Rob Bottin's practical effects, adapted from the same novella that inspired 1951's The Thing from Another World. This event is 18 and over.
