The Rialto Theater has ADA seating available on the main floor only, the balcony seating is not ADA accessible. The Rialto Theater does not have an elevator. Please contact the box office at 253-591-5894 for questions regarding ADA seating. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket regardless of age or seating requirements, including infants. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. AVOID FRAUD: Buy your tickets from TYSAMusic.org or TacomaCityTheaters.org (Ticketmaster) ONLY! In doing so, you are purchasing authorized tickets for the event.
