Coffee with Carl is checkpoint one: <b>find the opportunity</b> — and get counted.</p><p><b>What happens:</b></p><ul><li><b>9:30 — Doors & coffee.</b> Name tags out, coffee's on. Say gm, meet the room.</li><li><b>10:00 — The count.</b> Who's here, what you make, what you need — out loud, together. Pin your idea to the “What Should We Build?” wall; the drops outlive the morning.</li><li><b>10:45 — The season, announced from the floor.</b> The build challenge, the prizes, and the two dates that follow.</li></ul><p><b>Who it's for:</b> artists, developers, shop owners, freelancers — anyone building something in Milwaukee, alone or with a team. No pitch, no panel, no portfolio review.
