In 1995 San Francisco, a yuppie gay couple meet with a pregnant bohemian drifter to discuss an adoption. Things take a turn for the absurd when the young woman reveals a disturbing truth -- her baby will be the reincarnation of disgraced 37th president Richard Nixon.
