Swing Dance with Bent String

We're excited for a great night of music and dancing at The Land Lindy Hop's Second Friday Swing Dance - this time with Bent String! Doors Open: 6:45pm Beginner Lesson: 7:00pm Band Plays: 7:30 - 10:30pm You'll love dancing to this group centered on the vocals of Kari Ann Rutushin and underpinned with the feel of jazz-age swing. Bent String also features Reed Simon's hot violin, Kevin Richards' arch-top guitars, Rich Roberts on percussion, and Cleveland Blues Hall of Fame upright bassist, Raymond DeForest. We'll be in the Music Hall at the Treelawn, which features a large wooden dance floor, air conditioning, and drinks available for purchase. We'll start the night with a 30 minute beginner dance lesson, then Bent String will take the stage! Entry for the entire event is $22 at the door (cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle).
