Admission & Age Age requirements are listed at purchase Valid government-issued photo ID is required We may refuse admission or remove guests for disruptive behavior, intoxication, invalid ID, failure to follow staff instructions, or violation of policies (including the two-item minimum) Guests and belongings may be searched Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food/beverages, and unauthorized recording devices Tickets All sales are final unless the Club cancels the show Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable Lost, stolen, counterfeit, or third-party tickets may be void Performer substitutions do not qualify for refunds If we cancel, refunds will be issued to the original payment method If a show is rescheduled, ticket value will be credited. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@superfunnycomedyclub.com Code of Conduct Guests must Treat performers, staff, and guests with respect Remain seated and silence mobile devices during shows Comply with the two-item minimum in the showroom (Thelma's Lounge purchases do not apply) Prohibited conduct includes Heckling or disrupting performances Abusive or threatening behavior Recording, livestreaming, or photographing performances without authorization Physical altercations, excessive noise, or outside food/drinks Violators may be removed without refund Alcohol Alcohol is served to guests 21+ with valid ID No outside alcohol permitted We may refuse service and remove intoxicated guests Photo & Video Release By entering, you grant the Club a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph or record your image, likeness, and voice for promotional or commercial use without compensation Guest recording of performances is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing Intellectual Property All performances and materials are protected by copyright Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in civil or criminal penalties Club trademarks and branding may not be used without written consent Website & Communications You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications, including confirmations and promotions (opt-out available per our Privacy Policy) Assumption of Risk & Liability Attendance involves inherent risks Comedy performances may include adult language and themes To the fullest extent permitted by law Liability is limited to the ticket purchase price We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property Services are provided "as is" without warranties You agree to indemnify and hold the Club harmless for violations of these Terms or applicable law Medical & Property Inform staff of medical conditions upon arrival We may authorize emergency treatment if necessary Lost items are held for 30 days Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, public health emergencies, government orders, labor disputes, power outages, or civil unrest Governing Law These Terms are governed by Washington State law Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Washington courts If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THE VENUE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
